Eric brings a diverse professional background and experience to The Grady Agency.  He received a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Saint Louis University and then a teaching degree from Illinois College.  He also obtained a Master's degree in Educational Administration from William Woods University. He was a teacher and coach at Brown County High School for 13 years before leaving to go to work in the insurance industry.  He was also the Camp Director at The Crossing Camp for 2 years before partnering with his brother, Lance and colleague Jacob Geisler to form The Grady Agency.  Eric is married to Kelly and they have 2 children, Carlee and Camryn.  

Eric is an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Illinois Fighting Illini fan.

Eric is licensed in Illinois and Missouri.

Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business with a minor in Animal Science. Jacob has extensive ag experience with a background in precision ag. Before transitioning to The Grady Agency, he spent 4 years as an insurance representative with a captive agency.

Jacob and his wife Jessie are raising their 4 children; Makenna, Carson, Henley and Holden on their 4th generation family farm where they raise corn, soybeans and hogs.

Jacob is on the Brown County Public library funding committee and is the Vice President of the Brown County Fire Protection District. In his free time, he enjoys farming, boating and spending time with family and friends.
